Three-Step Engagement Process
Our three-step engagement process looks to transform logistics departments so they can break the Logistics Doom Loop. We focus on optimizing internal processes, properly utilizing digital tools, and maximizing external partnerships. But the crux of our approach comes from remembering that people come first. You and your team matter, and not only is it possible to enjoy what you do, but you deserve the chance to do so.
With this in mind, we’ll embark on a 12-week program divided into three modules that build on each other as we go. First, we’ll address your personal processes as the leader of your department. Next, we’ll take a look at your team’s dynamics. Finally, we’ll zoom out to tackle departmental goals.
At each step, we’ll use our proven problem-solving methodology:


Step One:
Discover Pain Points
The first step in transforming your department is listening to your pain points. What’s keeping you and your team up at night? After listening and diving in, we’ll also point out some potential problem areas that you might be missing or haven’t had time to investigate.

Step Two:
Root Cause Analysis
It’s one thing to know what your issues are, but it’s another thing to understand why they’re happening. Our team has worked at every level of the logistics industry, and we’ve seen it all. During step two of our engagement process, we’ll use our expertise to drill down into the root cause of your shipping issues, so we know how best to solve them.

Implement Solutions
Here is where our process dramatically differs from other approaches. We want to help transform you and your team into the best versions of yourselves. That means teaching you the skills you need to succeed on your own, without handcuffing you. Over the years, we’ve developed a successful logistics playbook, but we want to pass that playbook on to others.
